If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 30 days. The 30 days count from the order date. The 30-day money-back guarantee is only valid for private buyers. The buyer must bear the costs for the return shipment. After the return has been received by us, the buyer will receive the full purchase price back within 14 working days. The customer may test the goods for 30 days without risk. Definition of "testing", e.g. putting on the wiping attachment to see if it fits and, if necessary, wiping briefly without significant signs of wear becoming visible. If the goods have been damaged by the customer, a refund is excluded.
