Here is your step-by-step guide:
- Replace your Dyson standard attachment with your new Dripl attachment.
- Very important: Moisten the mop pads before use and then attach them to your Dripl attachment.
- Then fill your water tank with lukewarm water and your detergent, so that they mix in the water tank.
- After the water tank is filled, you need to attach it to your attachment. This process is regulated by a simple click mechanism.
- Now just flip the switch so that the water starts dripping.
- Turn on your Dyson vacuum cleaner and you can start right away.
For even better mopping results:
Pro Tip 1: If you notice that your floor is already wet enough, turn off the drip function so that no water spots appear during further mopping.
Pro Tip 2: The mop pads absorb dirt without smearing. For heavier soiling, we still recommend briefly hand-washing the mop pads so that they are fresh again.
Please note that the Dripl attachment is not designed to absorb liquids. The water drops coming from your water tank are not included, as they are immediately absorbed by the mop pads. But even here, you should make sure that you only lightly moisten the mop pads so that they don't drip.
